The Power of Gratitude
With shorter days and colder temperatures arriving, it’s imperative to continue to take care of your mental health. Spending time with friends and family, going on walks, and eating well balanced meals can all help improve mental health. Another effective method is practicing gratitude daily. A recent study, published in JAMA Psychiatry, provides empirical evidence that adults who practice gratitude create a positive impact on their cardiovascular systems and could increase longevity.
