How to Sign up for Bound to upload student Physical

Signing Up for Bound for Physicals

Make sure that physicals are uploaded to Bound prior to participating and tryouts begin in any athletics at Wilbur Middle School.  7th Grade Students will need to choose 2031 for graduation year and 8th grade students will choose 2030 for graduation year.  

Remember to register for any sport that your student MAY be interested in participating in.
